What it's like to outsource your social media management

Social media is an effective and affordable way to stay in touch with your prospects, customers, and business partners.

What it's like to work with a social media manager?

When you select a social media manager, they'll do the heavy lifting, but you'll need to stay involved.

For example, when we manage a business's social media, we start by identifying the business goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) we'll use to measure success. Then, each month we will:

  • Meet for a kick-off meeting to discuss tactical goals and any timely announcements for the month.

  • Discuss any KPI's and progress being made towards goals.

  • We create a monthly calendar of content for you to review.

  • You sign-off on the monthly calendar.

  • We schedule the social media posts to post automatically using a social media management platform like HootSuite.

  • We will also monitor comments and user generated content, and will respond as appropriate.
