OneProtection was started by two insurance industry veterans - Michael Sir and James Leary. They created the ultimate disability insurance sales presentation tool and they needed someone with deep industry knowledge to come in and make an impact on day one.

We started by evaluating their CRM (customer relationship management) system to identify opportunities to connect with users in a free trial and active customers. We worked together to create automated Email workflows. We also worked on lead outreach and brand supportive communications.

Each month we would meet multiple times to discuss priorities, metrics, and time-sensitive communications.
